ABOUT Parker

 Parker Trent began playing drums at age 8 in Los Angeles California, and quickly began performing by age 12, by the time he was 16 Parker was taken under the wing of Danny Seraphine of the band “Chicago” where he first began studying with intention and learning the tools of the trade by drum teching and laying out stage plots for Danny’s then band. By age 19 he was fully supporting himself playing music around the greater Los Angeles. Before leaving Los Angeles to study at the New School in New York, Parker Trent, studied the Ins and outs of Studio Musicianship under the Mentorship of Gregg Bisonette, where he mastered Sight-reading as well and playing multitudes of styles authentically in order to create a quickness and ease of work flow for production teams. After being admitted to the New school on Scholarship Parker spent his time honing his skills in the fast paced and competitive scene of New York, cutting records, playing in musicals and accompanying artists live. After Graduating Cum Laude, Parker Moved back to Los Angeles to officially begin his music Career playing Freelance and booking small groups for private and public events.
